Delivery Policy

Here's what happens after your payment is confirmed and how long it takes to reach you.

Processing

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders paid on a weekend are processed the following Monday.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of €50,00 or more.
• €4,99 flat rate on orders under €50,00.

Delivery times

• Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighbouring countries: 2–5 business days.
• European Union: 4–8 business days.
• Other destinations: contact us before ordering.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Customs

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or the parcel shows as delivered but you don't have it, email support@zenov.site and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
