Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use zenov.site or buy from ZenoV. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before checking out.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed on the blockchain and we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order (and refund you in full) if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Struck-through prices show the regular price the item was previously offered at.

3. Payment

  • Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment provider, ArionPay.
  • Each invoice is valid for a limited time. If it expires before your payment is detected, the order is cancelled and you can start a new one.
  • You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network. Underpayments are treated as incomplete until the balance is paid; contact us if this happens.
  • Network (gas) fees charged by your wallet are your responsibility.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Delivery Policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

5. Returns

Your return and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and product illustrations are representative.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including blockchain network delays.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
